C#/.NET Developer (Mid to Senior) – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Our client, a leading financial services and wealth management firm, is seeking experienced C#/.NET developers for a six‑month contract in Pretoria. The role offers the chance to work on high‑impact applications using modern technologies and to collaborate with a dynamic, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET applications.
• Build and support React (or Angular) front‑end components.
• Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
• Implement data solutions with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Contribute to system design, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and automated testing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of C#/.NET development (mid‑level) or 5+ years (senior).
• Strong experience with React or Angular.
• Proven experience building ASP.NET Web APIs.
• Solid background with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
