Client Success Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to act as the primary liaison for e‑commerce brands on Amazon. You will ensure client accounts are healthy, growing, and aligned with strategic goals while working remotely in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Amazon‑focused e‑commerce brands, serving as the main point of contact.
• Develop and execute launch plans for new products and scale existing listings.
• Coordinate replenishment shipments to prevent inventory stock‑outs.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and sales data, delivering regular insights.
• Collaborate with internal creative, advertising, and operations teams to meet client deliverables.
• Lead regular client check‑ins, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot Amazon Seller Central issues such as listing suppressions or account flags.
• Stay current with Amazon policy changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Previous agency experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
