Client Success Manager - AI & Digital Content

About the role

A fast-growing AI-driven media agency that creates hyper-realistic digital clones for business owners, coaches and consultants is looking for a Client Success Manager. You will own the client journey end to end, bridging clients and the production team and building the processes that will define the business's future. The role is full-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack and email.
• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process and set clear expectations from day one.
• Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating virtual assistants, editors and copywriters.
• Perform quality control on AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee social media scheduling across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to make the business more scalable.
• Monitor account health and resolve retention risks proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager or Delivery Manager in a marketing or creative agency.
• Exceptional professional English, written and spoken.
• Ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts and to handle difficult conversations independently.
• Experience working directly with founders in early-stage companies.
• Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g. Real Estate, Medical, Finance).
• Willingness to learn AI tools such as HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of daily work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
• Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
