About the role
AVBOB is offering a 12‑month Client Services Internship at its East London office. The programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates aged 18‑35 who want hands‑on experience in a customer‑centred mutual society.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day administration and client service activities.
- Gain supervised workplace experience across the Client Services department.
- Develop professional skills through mentoring and on‑the‑job training.
Required profile
- South African graduate (Diploma or Degree) in Finance, HR/Labour Relations, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Communication or Multimedia/E‑Learning Design.
- Unemployed and aged between 18 and 35.
- Never previously served as an intern with AVBOB.
