Client Service Consultant

About the role

Join Santam PLCC as a Client Service Consultant in our Hill on Empire call centre. You will deliver world‑class insurance products and services to clients while meeting inbound and outbound targets.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture client information in the designated system.
• Execute broker requests within agreed timeframes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks promptly and according to set standards.
• Engage brokers with a client‑centric approach and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Provide professional telephone and written support to clients and offices, consistently meeting service level agreements.
• Maintain high productivity and adhere to quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• FAIS compliance (NQF level 4) and fit‑and‑proper criteria.
• Experience in short‑term insurance.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong track record of meeting targets and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
