Client Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Toptal is seeking a motivated Client Sales Representative to engage inbound prospects and guide them through the sales process. This fully remote position offers the chance to launch a sales career with a global, fully‑remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates via Zoom and Slack to handle high‑volume inbound inquiries.
• Continuously improve personal and team performance by embracing feedback.

Required profile

• Strong desire to exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about sales, results‑oriented, and self‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent in English; resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
