Client Relationship Consultant

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for small‑business clients, guiding them through the entire funding journey from the first enquiry to final approval. This high‑volume, fast‑paced position puts you directly in front of clients every day, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, acting as their main contact.
• Assist clients in completing funding applications and gather any missing information.
• Follow up on leads, close new and repeat business, and ensure a smooth funding process.
• Manage multiple communication channels (email, phone, live chat) simultaneously.

Required profile

• Well‑spoken and fluent in English.
• Comfortable using a computer and various digital tools.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle high call, email and chat volumes.
• Independent, self‑motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
