Client Consultant – Platform Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Consultant to join our fast‑growing, technology‑driven team. You will act as the main point of contact for global clients, supporting platform users, managing onboarding processes and ensuring high‑quality service delivery within an SLA‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients, including data migration and configuration of platform features.
• Maintain accurate client data, rules, parameters and system configurations.
• Manage inbound client queries via calls and tickets, providing timely and professional resolution.
• Assist users with platform access, navigation and basic troubleshooting, without giving financial advice.
• Log all interactions in CRM/ticketing systems and prepare activity and performance reports.
• Identify recurring issues, contribute to continuous improvement and update FAQs and knowledge‑base materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, HR, Operations or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and comfort working with high query volumes.
• Experience in client‑facing, service‑desk or contact‑centre environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible or rotating shifts aligned with global client time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and data‑management processes.
