About the role
Join a specialised insurance provider in Roodepoort as a Claims Consultant. You will guide policyholders through the claims process and ensure each claim is handled efficiently from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice to policyholders on how to lodge a claim and explain the required procedures.
- Gather accurate information and supporting documents needed to process claims.
- Manage each claim from submission through to final settlement.
- Monitor claim progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Take responsibility for productivity targets and profitability.
- Deliver exceptional client service while verifying the extent and validity of claims.
Required profile
- Completed degree, preferably a BCom.
- Very strong academic results.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
