Claims Administrator – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

Our client, an established insurance brokerage in Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, is looking for two Claims Administrators to oversee the full lifecycle of personal and commercial insurance claims. You will act as the main point of contact for policyholders, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and process personal and commercial insurance claims from initiation to completion, gathering all required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with policyholders, adjusters and third‑party service providers to obtain information and update claim status.
• Review claims for completeness, ensure compliance with company policies and update the claims database.
• Manage financial aspects of claims, including payments, recoveries, excess collections and supplier invoicing.
• Verify, reconcile and process invoices from assessors, contractors and other service providers.
• Liaise with insurers, finance departments and clients regarding payments, refunds and account queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records for audit and regulatory compliance.
