Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO’s strategic right‑hand, translating vision into concrete actions and ensuring flawless execution across the organisation. This role also leads the design and implementation of AI‑driven operating systems that will automate and streamline core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to prioritise initiatives, track commitments and provide concise updates.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that replace manual tasks.
• Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects from definition through delivery and post‑implementation review.
• Maintain operational health, overseeing the software stack (HubSpot, ClickUp, ClickFunnels, n8n), vendor relationships, cost audits and escalation processes.
• Migrate existing automations from Zapier to n8n and enforce reporting standards, scorecards and weekly summaries.
• Represent the CEO in cross‑functional decisions when absent.
• Manage the Operations Manager and coordinate with all team leads.
• Drive training, SOP migration and documentation using AI tools.
• Set and enforce new operational standards, holding teams accountable.
• Oversee team growth through quarterly reviews, development plans and performance coaching.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations or senior business management role, preferably in a startup or founder‑led environment.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, custom skills and end‑to‑end automation pipelines.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid context switches.
• Proven track record of creating durable systems.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain focus.
