About the role

The Chef de Partie is responsible for the efficient running of a specific kitchen section, overseeing food production, presentation, and order management while upholding the highest standards of quality and sanitation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to exacting standards.
• Manage orders and coordinate with other sections to maintain smooth service flow.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• Culinary Arts Diploma or equivalent.
