About the role

A Chat Support Executive is needed to assist customers through online chat, answer their questions and ensure a smooth, professional support experience. The role suits freshers with strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly and politely to customer queries through live chat and messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information about services, processes and common issues.
Identify customer concerns and escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
Maintain clear records of chats, issues and resolutions.
Follow up on unresolved requests and share timely updates.
Use provided guidelines and templates while keeping responses natural and helpful.
Maintain response quality, accuracy and customer privacy.

Required profile

Good written English and typing skills.
Patience, professionalism and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage several chat conversations at once and follow instructions.
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer.
Dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and able to communicate clearly with the team.
