Charging Integration Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to develop, implement, and integrate technical solutions for customers, with a focus on Business Support System (BSS) and Charging Systems. You will join the Solution Area BOS (Business and Operational Support Systems) within the EMEA market, supporting monetisation and charging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Stay updated on new technologies and share knowledge to develop customer competence.
• Deploy, configure, integrate, and test BSS solutions and products.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
• Support Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Implement Ericsson BOS portfolio solutions and qualified third‑party partner services.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer, documentation, and information‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Telecom, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom or IT systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of telecom concepts, processes and BOS solutions.
• Experience with Charging Systems and telecom protocols such as SS7, CAMEL and Diameter.
• Proven experience in BOS solution implementation and integration.
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous roles in Charging Integration, Support or Operations engineering.
