Channel Manager – Hospitality & Revenue

About the role

ZDS Recruit is seeking an experienced Channel Manager to lead revenue performance across a growing portfolio of accommodation properties in Cape Town. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing room rates, and turning data insights into commercial actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue performance for multiple hospitality locations.
• Develop and implement occupancy and short‑term rental revenue strategies.
• Set and adjust room rates, pricing, and inventory across all booking and distribution channels.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and demand trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Forecast demand, identify high‑demand periods, and create daily selling plans.
• Maintain the Revenue Management System and ensure accurate data across electronic distribution platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality revenue management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret occupancy, demand, and market data.
• Hands‑on approach to managing rates, inventory, and distribution channels.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Leasing, and Asset Management teams.

Required skills

• Experience with revenue management software and electronic distribution systems.
