Change Management & Communications Lead

About the role

The Change Management & Communications Lead will join the Organisational Change Management function within the Technology & Innovation team of a leading global private markets manager. The role is responsible for delivering change management for technology programmes and creating high‑impact communications that drive adoption and embed lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder maps, readiness plans and adoption metrics.
• Develop structured stakeholder‑engagement plans to address resistance and empower managers and sponsors.
• Produce audience‑focused communication assets such as emails, intranet updates, FAQs, leadership talking points and town‑hall content.
• Own readiness assessments and provide hyper‑care communications during and after go‑live.
• Contribute reusable templates and tools to enable project‑level change work.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of communication outputs.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management or Communications; certifications such as Prosci or APMG are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of organisational change‑management experience with a strong communications focus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technology or operating‑model transformation programmes.
• Experience applying structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) in a pragmatic, proportionate way.
• Trusted collaborator who can influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate competing priorities.

Required skills

• Practical experience using AI‑enabled tools for creating and delivering communications.
