About the role
The Lesotho Opportunities Industrialization Centre (LOIC) is seeking a skilled Carpentry and Joinery Instructor to deliver high‑quality technical training to students. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of craftsmen by guiding them through practical and theoretical modules.
Key responsibilities
- Implement technical training programmes in line with LOIC and TVD standards.
- Develop and adjust course content to meet organisational objectives.
- Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for effective instruction.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and evaluate training outcomes.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, staff meetings, and any additional duties assigned by senior staff.
Required profile
- Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Minimum of two years’ hands‑on experience in the craft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
