About the role
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our fast‑paced fashion call centre in Cape Town. As a Call Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Provide accurate information about fashion products, promotions, and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the call centre system.
- Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable personal transport to reach the workplace.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, fashion‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for using call centre software.
