About the role

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our fast‑paced fashion call centre in Cape Town. As a Call Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
• Provide accurate information about fashion products, promotions, and services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the call centre system.
• Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable personal transport to reach the workplace.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, fashion‑focused environment.
