About the role
FlySafair is looking for enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join its customer service team. You will handle inbound calls from passengers, providing assistance with flight disruptions, cancellations, and general enquiries while delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and passengers.
- Resolve issues related to delays, cancellations, and other flight disruptions.
- Explain airline processes and guide customers through required steps.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information securely.
- Communicate clearly with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken, read and written).
- Impeccable time‑keeping, punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts and remain focused.
- No criminal or credit record.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and flexible hours.
Required skills
- Solid computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette.

- Shift work with various start times (07:00‑16:00, 08:00‑17:00, 09:00‑18:00, 10:00‑19:00).
