Business Instructor for AI Training (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary business instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that are trained on core business concepts and real‑world decision‑making. The role is fully remote and paid on an hourly, task‑based basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used for AI training.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity and practical relevance of AI‑generated business content.
• Provide structured written feedback to enhance reasoning, explanations and examples.
• Apply real‑world teaching experience to validate scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching business at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of core business topics such as management, strategy, operations and basic finance.
• Ability to clearly explain and evaluate business reasoning in written form.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed feedback.
