Business Development Representative (BDR) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the early stages of our sales cycle. Working remotely, you will engage prospects, generate interest, and secure qualified meetings that feed our clients' pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Book qualified meetings with UK SME decision‑makers.
• Prospect, cold‑call and manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining a personalised approach.
• Switch between multiple campaigns and sales motions, ensuring consistent performance.
• Maintain transparent reporting on meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• 12–36 months of experience in an SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold‑calling and booking meetings with UK SME decision‑makers.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to articulate value over the phone.
• Curious, organized, resilient and open to feedback.

• On‑target earnings (OTE) of $10,000 – $25,000 per annum, comprising a base salary plus performance‑based commission.
