Business Development Manager – Remote (30-40k RAND base + OTE)

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology, and accounting sectors. This remote position works US business hours and offers a competitive base salary plus a generous OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business with law firms, tech companies, and accounting firms through outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Convert inbound leads (25‑50 per week) and historic leads into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, holding weekly check‑ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow‑up activities, and ensure successful execution of deals.
• Market candidates to clients and reignite opportunities from a rich historic lead database.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, energetic and highly organized.
• Willingness to work US hours (10:00 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
