Business Development Manager – Remote – 30-40k RAND base + OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology, and accounting sectors. This remote position works on USA business hours and offers a competitive base salary plus a generous bonus structure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, tech companies, and accounting firms through outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, holding weekly check‑ins to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Convert warm leads and cold outreach into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow‑up actions, and ensure successful execution.
• Leverage a rich database of historic leads to reignite opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
