Business Development Manager

About the role

INDUNO is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base across FMCG, liquor, automotive, retail and manufacturing sectors. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales cycle and collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve defined targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and deliver compelling proposals.
• Prepare quotations and support the sales process.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Represent INDUNO at networking and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within RSA.
• Experience selling into FMCG, liquor, retail, manufacturing or automotive sectors.
