Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team and help grow a leading manufacturer of premium bathroom solutions across key markets. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue within the construction, building materials, home improvement, and interior solutions sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Promote product specifications in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report sales performance, project pipelines, and market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within bathroom fixtures or related sectors.
• Strong network and relationships in the construction, design, or interior solutions industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a 25% time allocation (approximately 40 hours per month).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
