Business Development Manager

About the role

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the commercial vehicle engineering sector. The role combines strategic sales planning with marketing initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new leads and secure contracts.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and market segments in the automotive and heavy‑duty truck industry.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and financial performance to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BEng preferred); MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the automotive, heavy‑duty truck, or engineering sector.
• Proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
