About the role

Momentum Financial Planning is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join as Business Development Financial Planners. In this role you will build and manage your own client portfolio, providing tailored financial solutions that help clients achieve wealth creation, retirement, and protection goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct client consultations, perform financial needs analyses and present customized investment, wealth creation, retirement and risk‑management solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales and business‑growth targets.
• Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and advisory support to existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Minimum qualification: Matric (National Senior Certificate).

Required skills

• Sales and business‑development experience.
• Ability to analyse client financial needs.
• Knowledge of investment, retirement and insurance products (preferred).
