Business Development Executive

About the role

Cartrack, a leading smart‑mobility SaaS provider operating in 23 countries, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of its full‑fleet solutions in the Cape Town region. You will work directly with senior executives of large commercial clients, building long‑term partnerships and delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Cartrack products and services, presenting the value proposition and ROI benefits to large commercial customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Engage with executive‑level contacts, nurture relationships, and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and handle all related administrative tasks.
• Develop a deep understanding of Cartrack’s full‑fleet solution and its value‑added services.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• Proven sales experience with a target‑driven mindset.
• Strong business acumen and customer‑relation focus.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate level Excel.
• Experience using a CRM system.
