Business Development Analyst

About the role

COOi Studios is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support its growth objectives. You will work in a fast‑paced consulting environment, applying analytical thinking and strong communication skills to drive market research, client acquisition, and partnership activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic market research to identify trends, target industries and new business opportunities.
• Assist in drafting development strategies and market‑entry plans under guidance of senior staff.
• Attend conferences and networking events to raise COOi Studios’ profile.
• Follow up on leads, qualify prospects and support the sales process.
• Prepare customizable pitch decks, proposals and quotations in collaboration with senior analysts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update internal tracking systems.
• Support client relationship building by scheduling meetings, taking notes and assisting with onboarding.
• Participate in project planning sessions, governance check‑ins and risk tracking.
• Contribute to internal training sessions and mentor junior colleagues on research and CRM tasks.

Required skills
