Brand & Marketing Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

This 6‑month contract position is designed to sustain marketing momentum, adviser engagement and sales enablement during a period of organisational transition. The Brand & Marketing Manager will execute approved strategies, manage agency deliverables, support business developers and advisers, and ensure continuity of the Marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into creative briefs and oversee agency production of marketing collateral, presentations and business documents.
• Ensure all marketing outputs meet deadlines, quality standards and regulatory compliance, facilitating review and approval processes.
• Execute adviser communications via email, WhatsApp for Business and social media, and manage the social media content calendar.
• Support Business Developers with promotional materials, branded merchandise and regional marketing support, maintaining compliance records such as the Conflict of Interest Register.
• Coordinate sponsorships, regional activations, adviser roadshows and market‑facing events, handling logistics, invitations and webinar administration.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and Regional Sales Managers to keep marketing material current and develop sales presentations, training material and key‑account proposals.
• Track marketing spend against budgets, support ESG awareness campaigns and assist with organisational change projects, including shareholder transition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior brand‑management role.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, events, digital campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
