About the role
Hinterland, a leading agricultural retail business, is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth and ensure effective inventory, employee and financial management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage branch resources and business processes to achieve sustainable financial results and growth objectives.
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting and cash handling.
- Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in retail or agricultural business.
- Strong sales, people management and customer relationship skills.
- Good planning, organising, time management and conflict management abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and budgeting.
