Branch Advisor (FAIS) – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

As a Branch Advisor (FAIS) you will deliver a positive customer experience by understanding transactional needs, guiding customers to digital channels, and converting leads into sales. You will act as the face of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects the promise "how can we help you?" while adhering to policy, risk, and fairness principles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide helpful, sensitive service and educate customers on eChannels and self‑service options.
• Convert identified leads into successful sales and meet service retention targets.
• Support cost containment initiatives and drive channel optimisation.
• Adhere to TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) and all relevant policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines.
• Encourage migration of cash transactions to digital channels.
• Maintain ethical conduct and comply with risk guidelines.
• Contribute to team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
