BMW Master/Senior Technician – Gauteng

About the role

A leading BMW dealership in Gauteng is seeking a highly skilled BMW Master or Senior Technician to join its after‑sales team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards while ensuring top‑class customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on BMW vehicles using OEM equipment.
• Conduct servicing, maintenance and warranty work in line with BMW standards.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and electronic systems with BMW diagnostic tools.
• Interpret technical service bulletins and BMW repair procedures.
• Carry out quality control checks to achieve high first‑time‑fix rates.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate job cards, workshop documentation and compliance with HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified Motor Technician (Red Seal or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience on BMW vehicles in a franchised dealership.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
