About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in Spanish and English. You will assist a diverse customer base remotely, delivering fast and friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat messages and emails, offering exceptional support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build strong relationships.

• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
