Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative greets customers and creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients of LAZ Parking. You will assist patrons in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office, direct traffic, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers by name, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve problems with a caring attitude.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; help direct traffic and manage garage flow.
• Enter and update account information in the parking revenue control system, including adding or deleting accounts.
• Perform cashiering functions and handle cash transactions as needed.
• Maintain the garage by sweeping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
