Direct Motor Sales Call Centre Agent

About the role

Join the George‑based sales team at dotsure.co.za and help customers find the right motor insurance cover while directly contributing to sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact allocated leads generated through the dealer network and understand customers' insurance needs.
• Prepare personalised motor insurance quotations and confidently ask for the sale.
• Handle objections using strong objection‑handling techniques to keep the conversation moving.
• Complete the underwriting process accurately in line with scripts and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Follow up on open leads, capture customer information precisely, and upsell relevant insurance products.
• Provide clear feedback to account handlers supporting the dealer network.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (minimum).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, competitive and able to work to a sales script while thinking on your feet.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to support busy sales periods.
