About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful presence that our customers rely on, delivering fast, personalized assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.

• Provide feedback to refine service processes and quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
