Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written support that our diverse customers rely on, delivering fast and positive resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.

• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.
