Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will handle voice and chat interactions for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact, delivering fast, accurate assistance and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chat messages and emails, providing high-quality support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Personalise each interaction to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer-service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
