Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote (German/English)

About the role

Join a fully remote team delivering top‑tier support to customers in German and English. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls, chats and emails, ensuring every interaction is helpful, friendly and solution‑focused.

Required profile

• Experience in eCommerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
