Benefits Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join a global investment advisory firm. The role focuses on managing employee benefits and pension programmes, supporting employee wellbeing and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve day‑to‑day benefits and pension queries.
• Assist with benefit implementations, strategic proposals and pension provision reviews.
• Manage onboarding processes and renewals for risk and medical plans.
• Conduct integrations and GAP analyses of benefits and pension provisions.
• Analyse medical, sickness and IP claims data to develop preventative, data‑driven wellbeing strategies and update medical plan designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in pensions and employee benefits, preferably with both consultancy and in‑house exposure.
• Background in finance, banking or private‑equity sectors is an advantage.
• Self‑starter with strong collaboration, initiative and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability and teamwork.
