About the role
Clicks Group is hiring a Beauty Assistant for its Clicks Gezina Galleries store in Pretoria, reporting to the Store Manager and servicing the beauty department. The role is permanent and aims to deliver service excellence through professional advice on beauty and skincare products, effective merchandise management and general housekeeping, in order to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers and advise them on the best products and services for their needs
- Drive and maximise sales of the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling and up-selling
- Monitor sales and evaluate product performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty and skincare products, ranges and trends
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- No experience required
- Relevant beauty/skincare qualification (desirable)
- Beauty, skincare, retail/FMCG or sales experience (desirable)
- Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
