Barista – Corporate Hospitality

About the role

Millat Group is seeking a polished, service‑driven Barista to deliver a five‑star beverage and hospitality experience to Executive Management, employees, and guests. This position sits at the heart of the office hospitality offering, combining expert coffee craft with the professionalism expected in a high‑end corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to Executive Management (EXCO), staff and visitors to a five‑star standard.
• Serve breakfast and lunch to EXCO according to agreed schedules.
• Plan and coordinate the weekly Friday lunch service.
• Process canteen sales transactions accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of executive offices, open‑plan areas and the canteen fridge.
• Complete the boardroom checklist before meetings to ensure readiness.
• Check plugs, equipment and stock expiry dates as part of daily upkeep.
• Assist with waste management, restocking and opening/closing duties as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety and company policy standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven barista and food & beverage service experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality setting (essential).
• Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work shift patterns, including opening and closing duties.
• Polished, professional and courteous demeanor suited to an executive corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Basic numeracy for handling canteen sales transactions.
