About the role
Join our dynamic team as a B2B Appointment Setter, focusing on outbound outreach to local business owners. This remote, independent‑contractor position offers flexible hours within the Eastern Time zone and emphasizes relationship building without the pressure of closing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to local businesses to generate interest in advertising opportunities.
- Set qualified appointments for the internal sales team with prospective advertisers.
- Systematically work through lead lists to maximize contact rates and track outcomes.
- Build rapport with decision‑makers and secure meeting commitments.
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward appointment booking.
Required profile
- Excellent English with clear, conversational communication.
- Proven B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience and a track record of results.
- Strong verbal presence, customer‑service orientation, and ability to build trust quickly.
- Assertive yet composed when navigating gatekeepers and objections.
- High self‑motivation, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
