Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to local businesses to generate interest in advertising opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments for the internal sales team with prospective advertisers.
• Systematically work through lead lists to maximize contact rates and track outcomes.
• Build rapport with decision‑makers and secure meeting commitments.
• Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward appointment booking.

Required profile

• Excellent English with clear, conversational communication.
• Proven B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience and a track record of results.
• Strong verbal presence, customer‑service orientation, and ability to build trust quickly.
• Assertive yet composed when navigating gatekeepers and objections.
• High self‑motivation, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
