About the role
Quantum Contract Solutions is building a high‑output sales team to support its fast‑growing construction‑focused business. As an Outbound Sales Assistant you will work remotely, making cold calls to construction subcontractors in the UK, Ireland and Australia, and book qualified sales conversations for senior Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound dials per day, keeping conversations under two minutes.
- Follow a scripted, fast‑phasing sales process to qualify prospects.
- Book at least one qualified sales call per workday (≈22 per month) and ensure the prospect attends.
- Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records in the CRM after every interaction.
- Provide clear, professional communication in English during calls and internal meetings.
Required profile
- 2+ years of B2B outbound cold‑calling experience, preferably in construction or related sectors.
- Resilient, competitive and comfortable handling frequent rejection.
- Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on the phone.
- Ability to work independently within set shift hours (UK or AU shift).
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system for logging calls and updates.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position with a base salary of R12,000‑R15,000 per month, plus uncapped commission.
- Total earnings typically range from R25,000 to R35,000+ per month based on performance.
