About the role
Bundu Brands, a premium alcoholic beverage company, is seeking energetic and determined individuals to join its telesales team. You will be responsible for contacting bottle stores, bars, restaurants and hospitality venues to promote and sell our growing portfolio of liquor brands.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to independent and chain bottle stores, bars, restaurants and hospitality buyers.
- Pitch the Bundu Brands product range confidently and secure new listings and trial orders.
- Upsell and manage repeat orders with existing customers.
- Build and maintain a call list and sales pipeline, capturing order details accurately.
- Hand over orders to operations/logistics and handle basic objections around pricing, stock and brand awareness.
- Consistently close deals and keep stock moving.
Required profile
- Confident and clear phone manner.
- Comfortable selling alcohol brands; industry experience is a bonus.
- Persuasive, resilient and not afraid of rejection.
- Organised with the ability to track calls, leads and follow‑ups.
- Results‑driven mindset (orders > excuses).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or order capture systems is advantageous.
