Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative who enjoys talking to people and solving problems. This remote position supports a variety of US‑based clients across multiple industries, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about product details, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Perform data entry across various platforms.
• Handle administrative tasks as required.
• Work during United States business hours.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience and comfort with a sales mindset.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
