AWS Engineer - Cloud (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for high‑traffic applications. The role is fully remote and involves optimizing AWS services for performance, cost, and security while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy for automated deployments.
• Monitor system performance using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third‑party tools to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to AWS services, networking, and security configurations.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices for team knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required profile

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
