About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support customers, drive sales and uphold the high standards of our premium retail store in Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving store targets.
- Maintain visual standards and neatness of the shop floor and product displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a retail team.
- Reliable, punctual and well‑organized.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
