About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support customers, drive sales and uphold the high standards of our premium retail store in Cape Town.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.
• Drive sales and work towards achieving store targets.
• Maintain visual standards and neatness of the shop floor and product displays.
• Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a retail team.
• Reliable, punctual and well‑organized.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
